Looking for a low-key bar, then you got to roll over to Enchanted Brewery. A quiet little spot with some good beer and tasty eats, it’s a spot worth checking out. Now, Enchanted isn’t one of Albuquerque’s titans when it comes to the beer game, but that’s what makes it so special. Especially this summer.

Recently, Enchanted rolled out a new game-changer in the form of their new lager, Short Fuse, which is named after a ski run in Angel Fire. It’s great for this time of the year. It won’t have you feeling bloated or overwhelmed; it’s a subtle beer that will provide you with a nice buzz.

With Enchanted’s food menu, the beer will come in handy. It’s a menu consisting of generic but delicious food options. It’s a must you pair this beer with one of their burgers and onion rings. The greasiness combined with the light lager will make you feel like you’re right at home. All-American, I say.

If you’re looking to do some good ole-fashion day drinking, Enchanted also offers mimosas containing local Gruet champagne. It’s always nice to feel a warm buzz in the hot sun. Try something new, get out of your comfort zone and show Enchanted some love this summer.
