The Kosmos Astro Pub is a quaint little spot that will take you out of this world. When you need an ultra-cool atmosphere and a taste of something good, the Kosmos is a spot totally different than anything in Albuquerque. It’s a unique pub with tasty food for a chill lunch or a great night out.

Run by owner and manager Jerry Miller, his curation of this fine establishment began after he traveled the world and wanted to bring those flavors home. Miller developed a menu built on a worldly taste. Case-in-point is the Afghan Rice ($7.95) with chicken. The dish is flavored with a savory blend of exotic Eastern spices combined with sauteed carrots, raisins and the addition of toasted almonds on top. Definitely worth the trip around the world.

If you’ve worked up a massive appetite, check out the list of burgers. We suggest the Meateor Burger ($12.95). A spin-off of the Kosmo classic Kosmic Burger ($8.75), this meat monstrosity features double patties and your choice of add-ons. Make a note to wear sweatpants.

If you can’t find time during the week to roll by, they host a great Sunday brunch. The menu features classic brunch items with a Kosmic twist. This is the prime time to go. The ever-so-delicious croque Madame ($12.95) is a dish you won’t forget. A saucy wonderful mess topped with an egg pairs so well with a nice afternoon white wine. While the pandemic has limited Kosmos’ hours, this is a high-flying space place you must try when they fully open up.
